What Makes an Expert Technician?

December 18th, 2019

There are so many service companies in your area, it can be overwhelming! How are you supposed to know which ones will be honest, experienced, efficient, and affordable? That is a lot of hats to fill, but we want you to know that you are in good hands when you have an expert technicians to your home.

So, what makes us Experts?

We choose all of our technicians carefully to make certain we are hiring friendly, licensed professionals who know enough to handle your concerns and are helpful enough to explain what your options are.   However, this alone isn’t enough to make a technician an expert.  Aside from their required training and certifications, all of our technicians receive weekly training to make sure they are up-to-date on all the newest appliances and systems.  We have a fully-stocked training room that allows them to practice and train on equipment that isn’t yours!  That way, when they come out to your home, they are prepared for whatever is thrown their way.

When an expert technician comes out to your home, they arrive in a truck that is fully stocked and prepared to handle nearly any job you have for them.  They will spend the time necessary to understand your unique setup and figure out what is needed to make sure their install or repair lasts the test of time.  We don’t charge hourly, so they won’t spend unnecessary time at your home to boost their paycheck.  Each bid is up front and exact, so you know exactly what you are getting into before we do the work!

We serve Salt Lake City, West Jordan, Draper, Sandy, Lehi, Pleasant Grove, Orem, Provo, Payson, and everywhere in between!
